Yoga Instructor

I’ve been practicing yoga for 2 decades, and find the mindfulness, exercise, and spiritual alignment to be helpful and necessary in my own life. I am teaching yoga at Soul Spa Reno. I like to incorporate a theme of the day and lead students into their practice with acceptance, light-heartedness and warmth. My classes are mostly mellow flow using movement and stretch to align the body, mind, and soul. I’m also offering yin yoga classes wherein we hold poses for long periods of time to release the fascia, tendons, ligaments, and joints where we store tension and emotion.
